How to use the Peak Dale Products Online Ordering System

  1. In order to use the Peak Dale Products ordering system we ask that you create an account with us. If you have not already registered with us for an account you will need to download our application form and post/fax/email it to us. We will then get in touch with you when your account is ready to use.
  2. Once you have registered your account and have got your log in details please go to our log on page to enter the system.
  3. If you have forgotten your log in details please go to the reminder page and we will send an email reminder to the email account we have registered for you.
  4. If you were creating an order last time you logged in but did not complete that order then the first screen you will see on logging in is the shopping basket containing the items added during your last visit. If you wish to get rid of that order and start again simply Empty the Basket by clicking the button on the shopping basket page.
  5. Once you have logged in you will see prices against our product listings. Prices shown will be exclusive of VAT and will also be net of any discount that we have agreed with you.
  6. Add products to your shopping basket by entering in quantities and pressing the add product button. You can enter quantities against as many items on the page as you like, anything with a quantity against it will be added to the basket.
  7. You can view your basket at any time by clicking the view cart button or the link on the navigation bar at the top of the screen. The shopping basket page will give you a breakdown of the items in your basket, the VAT applicable and any postage and delivery charges. Please note that our minimum order is £50 and we reserve the right to refuse orders under this minimum value.
  8. Once you have completed your order then proceed to checkout by using either the checkout button on the shopping basket or by clicking checkout on the menubar at the top of the screen.
  9. If this is your first order with us you will be prompted to enter billing and delivery details. You will only be asked for this information once. When you return to place another order with us this information will have been automatically filled in for you. You will however have an opportunity to amend these details should anything have changed since your last order with us.
  10. If you wish to view orders that you have recently placed with us please visit your Order History by clicking the link on the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  11. Should you wish to reactive an order simply click on the order number within the order history to view the order and click the reactivate button at the bottom of the screen. A brand new order will be created which contains the same items as the original order.
