Terms & Conditions

1. Accounts
   Minimum order £50 excluding VAT.
   We accept credit card payment, business cheque (allow 4 days to clear) or BACS transfer direct to our bank, please send remittance advice.
   Our bank account no.: 1011 9501. Sort code: 16-15-17.
   To open a credit account please request a credit application form.
   For credit account holders settlement is strictly 30 days from invoice date.
   All cheques should be made payable to PEAK DALE PRODUCTS.
2. Carriage
   Carriage is free to a single mainland destination for orders of over £150 nett (excluding VAT). Heavy items may incur an extra carriage charge. Please enquire if ordering wax, stearin, clay, plaster, stone powder or poly granules.
   Carriage is charged on all overseas orders, please contact us for a quote.
3. VAT
   VAT is charged on all orders at the current rate (20%). VAT will be charged on all E.C. orders unless you have a VAT number.
4. Claims
   Please report non delivery of goods or any mistakes promptly. Claims cannot be met later than one week after dispatch of the order.
5. Property
   All goods remain the sole and absolute property of Peak Dale Products until the asking price has been met in full. Peak Dale Products reserves the right to recover the goods in cases of non payment.
6. Alteration of prices
   Peak Dale Products will endeavour to adhere to the prices in the catalogue, but reserves the right to alter any price without notice as is necessary.
7. Guarantee
   Every effort is made by Peak Dale Products to secure the highest quality goods possible. Because of the varying uses that the goods are put to, we can only guarantee that any product sold by us is free from defect.
